  1. How does Rentable service work? Our dress rental service allows you to choose a dress from our collection, rent it for a specified period, and return it after use. You can browse our website, select your desired dress, choose the rental duration, and place an order online.

  2. What is the rental duration for your dresses? Our standard rental duration is usually 4 days, but we offer another rental option for 8 days, depending on your needs. You can select the rental duration during the checkout process.

  3. How do I know if a dress will fit me? We provide detailed sizing information for each dress on our website, including measurements and fit guidelines. You can also contact our customer service team for personalized assistance and recommendations at customerservice@rent-able.com.

  4. What happens if I accidentally damage the rented dress? We understand that accidents can happen. Minor damages such as stains or small tears may be covered under our damage waiver fee. However, significant damages or alterations to the dress may incur additional charges. Please refer to our rental agreement for more details.

  5. Can I cancel or modify my rental order? Yes, you can cancel or modify your rental order before the shipping date. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes to your order at customerservice@rent-able.com.

  6. How do I return the rented dress? Returning the rented dress is easy. Simply use the prepaid return shipping label provided with your order and drop off the package at a designated shipping location on or before the return date.

  7. Do you offer dry cleaning services for rented dresses? Yes, we take care of dry cleaning the dresses after they are returned. There is no need for you to clean the dress before returning it.

  8. Can I rent multiple dresses at once? Yes, you can rent multiple dresses at once. Simply add them to your cart and proceed with the checkout process.

  9. Do you ship dresses internationally? Currently we ship dresses within the European Union.

  10. What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment methods. Accepted payment options are displayed during the checkout process.

  11. Why do I need to pay a deposit? Rentable requires a deposit in order to ensure that you will take care of the dress the same way you would take care your own dress. This amount will be returned automatically to your card once the return of your rented dress is processed, usually within 10 - 15 days after returning the item.
