Returning Your Rentals
All rentals come with instructions on how to make your return,
so just follow the guidelines.
1. Pack your Rental
When you are ready to return your rentals, put them in Rentable’s garment bag with all hangers and plastic bags they came with. Please ensure that all jewelry, accessories and handbags are safely packed in the boxes and bags in which they were sent to you. If your rentals arrived in a polybag or a cardboard box, please use them for your return.
2. Ship your Rental Returns
Put Rentable’s garment bag in the Courier’s plastic bag and tape the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of it and send it off.
3. Hand it to the Courier
Once your return items are safely packed hand them to the closest courier location or arrange for a home pick-up.
