Acceptance of Terms: By using our website and renting dresses from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Rental Agreement: When you rent a dress from us, you enter into a rental agreement. You agree to maintain the dress in good condition during the rental period and return it on time.

Booking and Payments:
- Booking: You can book a dress through our website .
- Payments: Rental charges and any applicable fees are specified on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your booking subject to our cancellation policy.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued according to our refund policy. Late returns will result in additional charges, 20 euros per day. After day 6th, we will consider that the customer has no intention to return the dress(es) and will invoice the full retail price less any deposits we have already collected.

Damage or Loss:
- You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented dress during your possession. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacement. In the latter case, the full retail amount will be invoiced to the customer and the dress will be returned.

- We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other liability arising from the use of our dresses.
