How to Rent

Book now your favorite look to make your next big night unforgettable!

• Select the items you wish to rent and add them to the basket.
• In the NOTES section (at the basket) fill in the date you want your rental to start.

Remember to place your order at least 15 days before the date you want to receive the items in order to provide ample time for Rentable to prepare and deliver the items to you. (Rentable does not guarantee the delivery of orders placed in a period shorter than 15 days from the day of the event.)

• Complete the shipping and billing information.

Returning your rentals

All rentals come with instructions on how to make your return, so just follow the guidelines.

1. Pack your Rental

When you are ready to return your rentals, put them in Rentable’s garment bag with all hangers and plastic bags they came with. Please ensure that all jewelry, accessories and handbags are safely packed in the boxes and bags in which they were sent to you. If your rentals arrived in a polybag or a cardboard box, please use them for your return.

2. Ship your Rental

Put Rentable’s garment bag in the Courier’s plastic bag and tape the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of it and send it off.

3. Return of the Deposit

Once your items have been received and processed by Rentable you will receive the deposit back to your card.
